Digital marketing coordinators combine creative communication skills and technical savviness to devise, implement, and monitor an organization’s online marketing efforts. Ideal candidates for this role should be innovative, multimedia savvy, well-organized, and excellent communicators. Digital Marketing Coordinator should have a firm grasp of the different digital touch points, drive highly effective digital campaigns, enhance user experience, and deliver on digital objectives.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Support marketing initiatives through various digital platforms 
  • Handle email marketing initiatives including the creation of campaigns, the management of mailing lists and the analysis of data from campaigns
  • Coordinate digital advertising campaigns, including an evaluation of offers and a review of data following campaign
  • Create summaries for management
  • Research market trends
  • Coordinate with other staff for necessary content for digital platforms
  • Optimize SEO
  • Research, implement and monitor SEM campaigns
  • Monitor third party digital platforms for performance 
  • Handle all social media accounts with coordination of the Content Creator 
  • Set-up and monitor appropriate matrices in Google Analytics 


  • Experience creating digital campaigns and analyzing data
  • Ability to apply the needs of the marketing team to digital platforms 
  • Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
  • Occasional travel
  • Active on social media with knowledge regarding advertising and growing social accounts 
  • Knowledge of CMS, SEO, SEM, web analytics
  • Highly organized
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Relocation to Tucson, AZ


  • Industry related experience 
  • Bachelors in Marketing, Business or a related field
